Habit Master
Habits can be the deciding factor of whether you will be successful or not. Bad habits can rob you of your time, energy, health, money, relationships and more. Develop great habits and you will find yourself becoming more and more successful. Habits are not only important for big areas of our lives - they are important for the development of skills as well. Little habits can accumulate to have exponential effects over time.
A habit is a practiced decision that builds up energetic momentum. And with the motivational mechanism at play, it also provides some form of perceived comfort and relief or it wouldn't be sustained. This is why we need a holistic approach.
This tool effectively deals with the process of releasing the bad habit you choose and replacing it with one of your preference.
First it brings light to the habit and shows you unconscious tendencies so you become aware of them. When you are aware of the habit it ceases to be a habit and from then on becomes a choice.
At this point the light then expands to show you a path out. When you see a path, the journey becomes easier. We create harmony and stability within your mind and emotions, so you can begin making your decisions around the habit from a place of neutrality and empowerment.
We also release the hold the habit has over you energetically. You are then infused with courage and inspiration to take action towards building that habit, giving you greater insight as to how to overcome obstacles you may face during these things.
The process of revision is applied to the habit so that the good habit then takes its place in the past. Speeding up the creation and momentum of the positive habit energetically allowing it to manifest more fully.
This effectively makes the process of letting go of habits and creating new habits much easier but applying habit formation techniques can further amplify results. (Ex.Atomic Habits)
Instructions
1.Activate Illumined Network "Habit Master" ->
2.Focus on feeling of how it feels in this present moment having that bad habit or the desire of creating that positive habit. Just the emotion itself. If you feel bad, intimidated or positive etc. then feel that - be as honest with yourself as you can. It shouldn't take you any more than a minute to feel it. As soon as you feel the emotion, move onto step3.
3.Feel the emotions of what it would feel like if you already let go of the bad habit or already have integrated the positive habit. This could be relief, joy etc. Feel this for a few moments and you are done
